MATCH
|
|
MATCH is now a 10 year
programme to examine the value of medical technology from
three perspectives - that of the company bringing it to market,
that of the user and that of government evaluation agencies.
It has been funded primarily through the EPSRC's flagship
IMRC (Innovative Manufacturing Research Centres) at £3.6M
to 2008 and then a further £8.9M in total.
The collaborating universities
are Birmingham, Nottingham and Ulster.

RIGHT

|
RIGHT is a 2 year collaboration,
once again funded by the EPSRC, to explore the use of simulation
in healthcare service design and delivery. The collaborating
universities are Cambridge, Southampton and Ulster. RIGHT
has recently produced a selection tool to support service
providers in their decision-making.
