This thoughtful analysis of healthcare presents the best thinking from a business perspective that I have come across. It criticises many aspects of the system (including those of us academics who take an interest in healthcare and are prepared to suggest solutions from the irresponsible isolation of our ivory towers). I particularly like the breadth of her sweep, invoking leadership models well over three millennia old, and very much buy her passion to try and make things work. Read and ponder.
