OR-Library is a collection of test data sets for a variety of OR problems.

These test problems are solved in Jesus Gonzalez Feliu, Guido Perboli, Roberto Tadei and Daniele Vigo, "The Two-Echelon Vehicle Routing Problem", submitted to Transportation Science (1st review).
The test problems are organized in four sets, each are in a different directory. Each directory contains a txt file describing the instance file format, the test files and a table in pdf giving the best results for each instance.
These files have been contributed by Guido Perboli, guido.perboli@polito.it
The single winra file that contains these test problems (vrp2e.rar) is of size 150Kb (approximately).
Please note that the original file containing these instances was replaced in February 2008 by a new file (due to some mistakes in the original file).
