Give all the pathways that contain or lack specified compounds or processes
Highlight pathways/networks according to various criteria; according to the level of certainty of the information, or eliminating trivial pathways (e.g. production consumption of water); rank according to fitness of match
When one or more gene/proteins are turned off or missing, show which paths or pathways may be affected.
