NetACE

I am involved in NetACE, an EU-funded project providing very generous support for 10 PhD students in the area of networks and their application.

Teaching

I currently teach two courses. A complete set of course materials can be found below.

MA2920 Algebra and Discrete Mathematics, a level two maths course. This course is a superset of the old course MA2124A Number Theory, Groups and Coding Theory.
MA1972 Discrete Mathematics, Probability and Statistics, a level one maths course. This course is a superset of the old course MA1004A Fundamentals of Mathematics.

I used to teach

MS1074S Biostatistics, a level one service course for Biological Science students. This page includes links to some statistics sites and tutorials.
MA3022A Combinatorial Optimisation, a defunct level three maths course.
MA1006A Calculus 2, a level one maths course that has been subsumed into MA1003A Calculus, which was then itself subsumed into MA1915 Calculus and Numerical Methods.

Other Stuff

One day I hope to have some information about things like Duke Ellington but I've haven't yet got round to writing it and have just a selection of links for now.
