It is possible that you may experience difficulties in accessing/downloading the above spreadsheets - this could (in techie speak) be due to various reasons such as:

• anti-virus software interfering with the download
• your browser not being configured to invoke the appropriate helper application (Excel) for a xls extension file

If this happens then try and obtain copies from a fellow student who has successfully downloaded them. If that does not succeed then email the External Study Programme with a description of the difficulties you are having.
