The file named    1f.ps.gz    is a gzip compressed PostScript file at 600
dpi resolution which contains the notes for the course.
The file 1f.psz is the same as 1f.psz and has a valid DOS name.

exam9697.ps.gz is a gzip compressed PostScript file at 600 dpi resolution
which contains the January 1997 examination.
The file exam9697.psz is the same as exam9697.ps.gz and has a valid DOS name.

To print the notes in booklet form you can do the following.

cp ~icstmkw/webhome/155/1f.ps.gz .
gzip -d 1f.ps.gz
source ~icstmkw/bin/newgs
psbook 1f.ps 1fa.ps
psnup -2 1fa.ps >1fbook.ps

The 1st line copies the compressed postscript file. The 2nd line
uncompresses the file. The 3rd line sets up, among other things, the
psutils package. The 4th and 5th lines are concerned with re-arranging
the pages in the postscript file and with reducing the page size to
A5 size. The file 1fbook.ps is a postscript file in booklet form. You
will need to photocopy with `backing' option on to then create the booklet.
