This web page may contain mathematics; it was generated from a TEX source file using the translator TTH. Translation is not perfect, and may even produce garbage if you are browsing on an X Window platform (e.g. Solaris, Linux). A fix for this problem is here.
Due to font typesetting problems with mathematical symbols, printing this web page is NOT recommended. Where possible a PostScript and/or PDF file is available for hardcopy download.
The next numerical analysis post-graduate seminar day will be held in Room M128 of the John Crank (mathematics) building at the Uxbridge campus of Brunel University, www.brunel.ac.uk, on Wednesday 25 October 2006.
There is no registration fee; tea and coffee will be provided but delegates will need to meet their own lunch costs.
In order for us to be able to plan the day we would like to know in advance how many people are coming. So, if you intend to come, please email your name to
with `PGNADay' in the subject (nothing else is needed).
If you would like to give a twenty-five minute talk (twenty minutes plus five minutes for questions) please send a second email to
as soon as possible, with a title following by 2nd October 2006.
For the talks we will provide a whiteboard and pens, an overhead projector and an LCD projector. We are not able to provide a PC or laptop.
It will get populated with information as arrangements progress.
Don't print this page, instead print one of these: PDF or PostScript file.
