Biographical Sketch

 

Dr Qin joined Brunel Design in 2001.  He obtained his BSc and MSc degrees in China and his PhD degree in the UK. He was an academic visiting scholar in 1996-97 within the Geometric Modelling group of the University of Birmingham UK after working as a Lecture from 1989 and an Associate Professor from 1994 in the East China Jiaotong University. Following the visiting, he took a Research Assistant post in 1998 at UWIC and subsequently joined the Manufacturing Systems Integration Research Institute (MSI), Loughborough University as a PostDoc Research Associate in 2000.
