There is a far better slicing page than mine over here .
I simply couldn't bring myself to delete mine (after all that effort learning how to produce lists in HTML) so you can still see it ... perhaps this page is an early example of a 'web archaeological site'?
Our BibTeX bibliography is kept here so that we can perform a loose sort of version control. You're welcome to take your own copy of it, for what it's worth.
