Divine Intervention by Taxi Firm :

St.Andrew's Church of Scotland, Wallace Green, Berwick upon Tweed, had problems on its PA system with breakthrough from a taxi-firm's radio system, innocent of the disruption to the Church.

At the end of one service, the minister finished prayers with 'Amen'. The taxi firm's coincidental message was 'Request understood and will be dealt with promptly'.

The response of the congregation is not given.
